It’s time, urgent, that humankind begins to realize that we are not separate from each other, not separated from any event that happens on this planet. We are all deeply linked together with each other and any other species and the environment as a whole, animate and inanimate. As individuals we have a responsibility for your acts and thoughts,we can no longer ignore that and just looking for our own wellbeing and our own concerns. I want to urge everyone to take her/his responsibility to heart.
His Holiness Karmapa recently said during the Kagyu Monlam prayers for World Peace in Bodhgaya: the earth is our stage, on which we all play our drama. Good or bad, equally is played out on this stage. The earth is not only for the good people, the bad people also depend on her.
This is so true. If we have no Earth, we have nowhere else to go. We need to go beyond good and bad, and realise that the earth is for everybody, it is our only home and we need to look after it, to have a place to live, poor or rich, there is no blame, we all need to work together.
there is only one earth and we all depend on this planet for our living..actually the nature doesn’t depend on us, but we depend on the nature…hopefully we human beeings will be able to restore all the damage we have already done to this planet, so it will be a peacefull place to live for all living beeings. Its the most urgent challenge of the nowadays activities. Guess we are not here to seek only for our own libertation, that would be almost an offence to our planet….
